Refunds & Replacements

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from date of purchase. If you ordered the wrong item or decided you do not want the item, you will be charged a 20 percent restocking fee. If Battle Armor sends you the wrong item or you receive an item that is not in working condition we will be responsible for getting you a new item and getting the damaged or unusable item back.

Proof of purchase is required.


Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item, and advise you as to the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit in accordance with your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless Battle Armor Designs sent you the wrong item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
